it depends on what you're trying to cover. If you have dark circles you want to use a warmer toned 1 shade lighter concealer so you'd need nw25 or nw20, depending on what your more comfortable with. However if you need to cover up redness, then you'd need a more green concealer, to cancel out the redness. I use the makeup for ever concealer palette in number 1, because it has 3 concealer shades, a green, and a salmon concealer for under eyes

The foundation you choose should be one that matches your natural skin color. You want the foundation to almost disappear on your skin because it matches that exactly. Test the color along your jaw line just apply a little and blend it in. It should look as though it disappeared.How do I choose the right foundation for my skin color?

Test it on your jaw line and don't rub it in, just let it dry on your jawline. Do this with 3 colors that are close to your face color and allow all of them to dry next to eachother then look in a mirror and see which looks most natural.

Go to the mall, to the different make up counters. They should do a foundation analyses for free ( In hopes you'll buy thier make-up) They can tell you what you exact skin tone is and if you have warm or cool undertones etc. It may be more expensive,but in the long run I think its well worth it. I wear Bare Escentuals Medium Beige foundation. What color should I buy from Everyday Minerals?
I would say medium tan, but honestly it is hard to say...do you find bare minerals too orangey for your skin? Or is it literally a perfect match? I would order the sample kit if I were you because the colours look a little different once you get them depending on the formulation you choose (intensive is usually darker than original glow). It is located under custom kits and it is free- you can pick three different colours plus a concealer and a blush. I hope that this helps, good luck!
