What color does block foundation need to be with beige siding and black shutters, gray porch with colors flake

With black shutters, since they are an accent, I would use black colored blocks (especially it you have a black shingled roof). . . Or you might want consider a gun metal grey, which is almost black, which would tie into your porch, and grey shingles if you have them :) (could always repaint the shutters in the future if you don't like the effect). . .
