Should use base color and foundation before pressed powder?

For every day make up, natural look and always fresh all day long, its not heavy make up. Should use loose powder also?Should use base color and foundation before pressed powder?
I would recommend you to cleanse you skin so its obviously clean, apply a good moisturiser. Then put on some iquid foundation with a sponge or brush. You can apply some concealer under your eyes and wherever else you need to with your third finger, this is your weakest finger so you won't damage your skin. Then put on a powder foundation to set your liquid, i would recommend comressed powder as to loose as to can get messy but thats probly just me lol_xShould use base color and foundation before pressed powder?
Actually, nowadays, good foundations do not require a loose powder on top.
To set your make up, yes, do use powder.
Loose powder should be used to set newly applied liquid base. Then use pressed for touch ups throughout the day.
